Margaret E. Ceman, 98, of Waupun, passed to her heavenly home on Thanksgiving Day.
Margaret was born on March 10, 1925, to Anthony and Mary Majczak Dombeck in Berlin, WI. She married the love of her life, Leonard Ceman on July 10, 1948. They moved to Waupun and raised their family of 5 children. Margaret was an active member of St. Joseph‘s Church and for many years cooked wonderful meals for the priests. She and her children were all proud of the fact that she was named Mother of The Year in 1993. Margaret was the most loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and friend. She touched many lives with her kindness throughout her life.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Thomas) Janssen; son, Michael (Karla); son, Timothy (Tamara); son, Raymond (Lori); daughter, Barbara (Scott) Kniess; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Stanley and Charles; and her husband.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waupun with Fr. John Radetski officiating. Inurnment to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waupun. Friends and relatives may call on the family on Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
