Marilyn "Mitz" Merrill, age 81, of Beaver Dam, died on Wed. April 11, 2007 at her residence. She was born October 2, 1925 in Beaver Dam, to Harry and Lucille (Roedl) Homrich. Marilyn was married to Lynn Merrill Jr. on February 26, 1944 in Beaver Dam

Marilyn "Mitz" is survived by her children: James (Gail) Merrill of Lakewood, WI Richard (Edith) Merrill Grand Island, Florida, John (Mary) Merrill Sayner, WI, Tim (Michele) Merrill of Beaver Dam, Paul (Michelle) Merrill of Beaver Dam, Katherine (Wayne) Schneider of Beaver Dam and Linda (Ken) Rosenmeier of Beaver Dam, 14 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. She is further survived by other relatives, friends and pets. Marilyn was a wonderful mother who enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Harry (Lucille) Homrich, her husband Lynn Merrill Jr. and a son David Merrill.

At Marilyn's request there will be a private family service with Rev. Dr. Jack Harrison officiating. Memorials may be directed in Marilyn's name to Hillside Hospice of Beaver Dam.
