Marjorie M Harper

Marjorie M. Harper, age 89 of Waupun, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Waupun Memorial Hospital.

Marjorie was born in Waupun on January 22, 1937, the daughter of William and Edna (Bruesch) Gerretson. She was a 1955 graduate of Waupun High School. On September 7, 1957, she was united in marriage to her husband, Donald Harper. She worked as a CNA at Christian Home in Waupun and later for Clearview in Juneau.

Marjorie is survived by her son, Kurt Harper of Waupun; son-in-law, Jim Rohde of Beaver Dam; grandchildren, Stacy (Adam) Griswold, Kevin (Mary) Rohde, and Derrick Rohde, all of Beaver Dam; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Jayden, Lizzy, Carter, Carly, and Carson; great-great-grandchildren, Brantley and another baby boy due in March; special friend, Mary North; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; daughters, Lonny Harper in infancy and Lori Rohde; grandchild, James K. Rohde in infancy; siblings, Ann (Alvin) Bonack and Barb (Ken) Gehrke; and other relatives.

In honoring Marjorie’s wishes, private family services will be held.
