Marjorie Schrader

Marjorie Ann Schrader, 88, of Fond du Lac, passed away Monday, September 7, 2026.

Marjorie was born July 1, 1938, in Waupun, the daughter of Albert and Kathleen Galland Tank. She attended Waupun High School, graduating in 1957. On February 7, 1959, she married Richard Schrader in Waupun. Following their marriage, they resided in Waupun until 2017, at which time they moved to Fond du Lac.

Marjorie enjoyed being a homemaker and spent much of her free time working on crafts, sewing, crocheting, and knitting. Marjorie also loved the outdoors, and she and Richard could often be found riding their scooters around town. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member at Waupun United Methodist Church.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Susan Schrader; six grandchildren, David, Daniel, Michael, and Matthew Spradau, and Alex (Liz) and Olivia Schrader; great-grandchildren, Sam and Maddie; sister-in-law, Betty Tank of Prairie du Sac; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Schrader; son, Mark; brothers, Ronald Tank and James Tank; half-brothers, Arthur Buchholz and Harry, Jr; and sisters-in-law, Carol Tank and Marlene Tank; and other relatives.
