Myrtle L. Weber, age 74 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.

Myrtle was born on October 20, 1936 in Beaver Dam to John W. and Etta Mae (nee Freeman) Pritchard. She was united in marriage to Paul R. Weber on January 28, 1961 in Beaver Dam. After graduating from Beaver Dam High School, Myrtle worked at Monarch Range, Green Giant, Wisconsin Cheeseman and the Daily Citizen Publishing Company, where she retired from after 29 1/2 years. Myrtle was an avid bird watcher and enjoyed doing puzzles, reading Reminisce magazines and spending time with her grandchildren.

Myrtle is survived by her husband, Paul of Beaver Dam; her sons, John Weber of Juneau and Pete (Shelby) Weber of Beaver Dam; two grandchildren, Katelyn and Cody; two sisters, Helen Kasmiski of Beaver Dam and Katheryn Reutler of Colorado Springs, CO; and her sister-in-law, Sylvia Pritchard of Georgia. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers, William, Eugene, Harold, Roger and Ronald Pritchard.

A Memorial Service for Myrtle will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam. Visitation will take place prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Beaver Dam.
