Nevaeh J.D. Kohler was born into her heavenly home on March 1, 2014.

Nevaeh is survived by her parents, Jeremy (Carrie Julseth) Kohler of Kingston; her siblings, Gage, Vanessa, Matthew, Makayla, ZinEvra, SaLeea and KeeLynn; her grandparents, Duane Kohler, Debbie Blackburn, Dennis (Della) Julseth, Debbie Bunnell and Janet Gustin; aunts and uncles, Jody Julseth, Crystal (Mark) Eske, Dennel Davenport, Joshua Kohler, Dustin Julseth, Jada Johnson and Korenda Voorhies.

Nevaeh is joined in heaven by Orris and Lorna Kohler, Diane Gustin, Chester Julseth, Alberta Spurou, Robert and Peggy Bunnell.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to our midwives, Chris Roberts and Billy Jo Staveness, Carla Perrero and Girl Scout Troop #6314, Dr. Anne Harris of Reedsburg Medical Group, Maternal Fetal Medicine of Meriter and St. Mary's of Madison, Dark Forest Emporium and to our families.

A Memorial Gathering for Nevaeh will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at her home, 310 Main St., Kingston.
