Pauline A. Franke

Pauline A. Franke, age 92 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.

Pauline was born in Eldorado, WI on November 23, 1933, the daughter of Lester and Marie Dins. She retired from Weyenberg Shoe Factory and was known for always walking and riding her bike, never driving. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching the Game Show Network as well as cheering on the Packers and Brewers. Pauline was a member of First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam.

Pauline is survived by her son, Bruce (Michelle) Franke of Beaver Dam; grandchildren, Brandon (Hailey) Franke, Sarah (Jeff) Errthum, Ben (Lindsay) Franke, and Angie (Erik) Roemer; great-grandchildren, Aurora Toutant, Blake Errthum, Tyson Franke, and Teagan Franke; nephews, Jeff and Steve (Sue) Barnes; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Guy Franke; sister, Jane (Fred) Barnes; and other relatives. 

In honoring her wishes, private family services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
