Phyllis Bremer age 80 of Beaver Dam, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Sylvan Crossings in Beaver Dam.

Phyllis was born on September 21, 1927 in Fox Lake to Joseph and Anna (nee Winter) Yaroch. She was a graduate of Beaver Dam High School and on May 17, 1947 she married Orville J. Bremer in Iowa. Phyllis worked for several years at Weyenberg Shoe Factory, Green Giant and Wisconsin Cheesemen in Sun Prairie. She was a member of St. Stephen's Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam and also of member of the Ladies' Auxiliary. Phyllis enjoyed gardening, sewing, walking, cooking and baking. Her time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, was always cherished. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Phyllis is survived by a son, Gary (Marlene Hartman) Bremer of Wisconsin Dells; a daughter, Gail (Chuck) Linde of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren: Patty (Roman) Kuzyk, Kristin (Michael) Brady, Kari (Ken) Lalk, Julie Leisses and Jacob Friede; 11 great-grandchildren; two sister-in-laws, Adeline Yaroch of Sun Prairie and Laverne Christianson of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Orville in 2002, her brothers, Ervin "Bud" Yaroch and Willard Yaroch, her sister Lorraine Baszynski, and her brother-in-law John Baszynski.

A Funeral Service for Phyllis will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam, with Rev. Mark Wendland officiating. Visitation will also be held on Saturday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Following the service, burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens in the township of Trenton.
