Phyllis Prock, 51 of Beaver Dam went to the spirit world on December 7, 2012.
She was born in Oklahoma and was a member of the Menominee Tribe of Wisconsin and Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
She is survived by her daughter Jamie Simmons, her granddaughters Monica Ortiz, 16 and Karlissa Simmons, 12, her one year old grandson Kelvin Simmons; sisters Ione Pitts, brother in law Alfonso Covarrubia of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, Dianna Macias of Madison, Wisconsin, brother in law Jose Delacruz Sr. of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin and Leila Prock of Rochester New York; brothers Calvin Dean Prock II of Rochester New York and Charles Prock of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was also survived by her nephews and nieces James Horrighs, Christian Horrighs, Jesse Horrighs, Martin Macias, Deanna Macias, Jose Delacruz Jr., Emily Bucio, Cheyenne Prock, Adam Lee Prock, Angela Prock, Amy Prock, Charles Michael Prock and Sylvia Pitts. She was preceded in death by her parents Calvin Dean Prock and Theresa Pitts, and brother, Lester Ray Prock.
Phyllis loved spending time with her family. She had a kind heart and a great sense of humor. Phyllis had a strong work ethic and loved the outdoors. She also had a great passion for music. She will be missed by many.
