Rhonda L. Lyon, age 59, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Golden Living Center in Beaver Dam.

Rhonda was born on April 13, 1954 at the Lutheran Hospital in Beaver Dam to Maurice and Mary Jane (nee Kennedy) Lyon.

Rhonda enjoyed collecting photos and creating family albums and in her earlier years she loved traveling and sewing. She was a devoted mother and loved spending time with her daughter, Elizabeth.

Rhonda is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Lyon of Beaver Dam; her siblings, Shawn Schmid, Thane Lyon and Beth (Perry) Krebs all of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by nieces and nephews, Daniele Ingram, Joseph Schmid, Mitchell (Brandi) Brzezinski, Nicole Lyon, Keaton Lyon along with great-nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, a brother Curtis Lyon, brother-in-law John Schmid, sister-in-law Renee Lyon and other relatives.

A Memorial Service for Rhonda will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., in Beaver Dam with Rev. Jeff Nicholas officiating. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Cornerstone on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of Service at Noon.
