Richard F. Immerfall, age 56 of Beaver Dam, died peacefully on Monday, March 8, 2010 surrounded by his family at his home.
Richard was born on February 1, 1954 in Beaver Dam to Alfred and Violet (nee Colvin) Immerfall.
He attended Beaver Dam High School and later worked for Bay Marina, Harvey Rechek doing concrete work and most recently at American R.S.I. Richard had several hobbies including hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, playing bingo, going to casinos and horseback riding. He also loved working on his hobby cars and was a mechanic on the pit crew for Brad Weber's midget race car. He deeply loved his family and he will be sadly missed.
Richard is survived by his soul-mate of almost 32 years, Barb Lawhun of Beaver Dam, his children; Richie Immerfall of Beaver Dam, April Clark of Beaver Dam, Robbie Holst of Beaver Dam and Lisa (Matt) Schauer of Randolph, his mother; Violet Immerfall of Beaver Dam, sisters; Marie (Terry) Schave of Beaver Dam, Ruth (Kurt) Brunelle-Ryan of Fox Lake, thirteen grandchildren and his two dogs, Rocky and Molly. Richard is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Alfred in 1981, paternal and maternal grandparents and other relatives.
A Funeral Service for Richard will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 at NOON at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam with Rev. Greg Pusateri officiating. Visitation will also be on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Service at NOON. Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam with a luncheon to follow at the funeral home.
