Obituary
Rowena B. Ricker, age 83 of Beaver Dam and formerly of Maine, died on Wed. December 19, 2007 at the Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.
Rowena was born on January 31, 1924 in Westfield, Maine to Fred and Leta (nee Clark) Brown. She went to school in Maine and later worked as a private duty C.N.A. for several physicians in Maine.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Jan) Kaftanski of Beaver Dam, one son in Maine, two sons in New Hampshire, two grandsons, Jesse Kaftanski of Madison and Lance Athearn of Beaver Dam, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren throughout the United States. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In honoring Rowena's wishes, no services will be held and a private family inurnment will take place at a later date in Maine.
Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services is honored to be serving the family.
