Ruth M. Kratz

Ruth M. Kratz, age 81 of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Ruth was born on November 28, 1944, the daughter of Elmer and Mildred (Abitz) Karl. On June 5, 1963, she was united in marriage to her husband, Gerald G. Kratz at First Ev. Lutheran Church. Ruth enjoyed quilting, sewing, and knitting. She also cherished her dogs and cats, and truly loved all animals.

Ruth is survived by her children, Gerett (Rebecca) Kratz and Khristian (Ricardo Cox) Allar; grandchildren, Tristan, Pallin, and Grant; siblings, Ervin (Loretta) Karl, Paul (Evie) Karl, and Beatrice (Donald) Rhode; sister-in-law, Cheryl Karl; and further survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald; brother, Elmer Karl; and other relatives.

Visitation for Ruth will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services in Beaver Dam from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
