IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Samantha K.
Pavelka
October 28, 1989 – August 7, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of Samantha Pavelka, a cherished mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who left this world far too soon on August 7, 2025, at the age of 35.
A memorial gathering for Samantha will take place on Friday, August 15, 2025 at Praise Assembly of God, 119 W. Maple Ave, Beaver Dam from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 p.m.
Born on October 28, 1989, Samantha lived her life with a radiant energy that touched everyone she met. Her laughter—bright, contagious, and impossible to ignore—had the power to change the mood of a room in an instant. People were naturally drawn to her, captivated by a personality that was as warm and welcoming as it was unforgettable.
Samantha was a devoted mother to her two children, who were the absolute center of her world. She approached motherhood with fierce love, tireless care, and unshakable dedication. As a caregiver, she extended that same compassion beyond her home—always ready to help a friend, support a stranger, or offer a shoulder to lean on.
Her lovable nature, marked by kindness and sincerity, made lasting impressions wherever she went. She had a gift for making others feel special, for showing up without being asked, and for turning ordinary moments into something meaningful.
Samantha was also a woman of great perseverance and quiet strength. No matter what challenges she faced, she met them with determination, resilience, and an unbreakable spirit. Her journey wasn't always easy, but she walked it with grace and grit that inspired those around her.
She is survived by her two beloved children, Addilyn and Aaron; her parents, Tony (Charity) Pavelka and Jennifer DeBlare; her sister, Natasha Martin; paternal grandma, Nancy Pavelka; maternal grandpa, David (Sara) Klug; and a wide circle of friends and extended family who will forever hold her memory close. Though her time with us was brief, the love and light she gave will live on in all of us.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandpa, John Pavelka; maternal grandma, Barbara Klug; and other relatives and friends.
If desired, memorials in Samentha's name can be made to a fund that will be established for her children's future.
Samantha Pavelka's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unyielding strength. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services in Beaver Dam is honored to be serving the family.
