Scott A. Karow, age 49 of Fall River, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at UW-Hospital in Madison on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

A casual gathering to celebrate Scott's life will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Fall River Fire Department, 450 South St., Fall River.

Scott was born on June 27, 1969 in Beaver Dam, the son of Ralph and Joan (Geiger) Karow. Since graduating from Fall River High School, Scott proudly volunteered as a Fall River firefighter. He was united in marriage to Christine Fude on August 23, 1996 at the fire department. He worked at E.K. Machine and IDO Feed & Supply, both in Fall River and also helped do field work for area farmers in the spring and fall. He loved his daughters dearly, and his dedication to the Fall River Fire Department will always be remembered.

Scott is survived by his daughters, Kimberly (Joey) Eimiller of Fond du Lac and Megan Karow of Beaver Dam; his sisters, Sheila (Patrick) Harmes of Beaver Dam and Pauline (Daniel) Burke of Beaver Dam; his former wife, Christine Karow of Beaver Dam; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
