Sebastian W. Gusman, age 16 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Agrace HospiceCare in Madison after a courageous 1-1/2 year battle with Leukemia.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Sebastian's life will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Sebastian was born on August 15, 2002 in Wheaton, IL, the son of Alex and Beckie (Carley) Gusman. He was entering his junior year at Beaver Dam High School and loved playing PC games, especially Fortnite. He loved spending time with his family and adored his cat Snarf.

Sebastian will be missed by his parents, Alex and Beckie of Beaver Dam; brother, Matthew of Beaver Dam; grandparents, Bonnie Gusman of Illinois, Bill and Diane Carley of Arizona; his uncle, Mike (Jessica) Stoneham of Arizona; his great-aunts, Jean Walker, Pat Ritchie and Susan (Frank) Witthun; many cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Alex Gusman and other relatives.
