Sharon was born August 2, 1937 in Portage, WI, the daughter of Herman and Thelma Raimer Lang. Sharon graduated from Markesan High School in 1955, marking the start of a life characterized by hard work and commitment. She began her career as a secretary at Sterk Insurance and later transitioned to Flyway Mutual Insurance where she devoted her time until her retirement in 2007. On October 10, 1964, Sharon married the love of her life, Dennis Hildebrandt at Grace Lutheran Church in Dalton.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Dave) Kastein; and her three grandchildren which she cherished her role as grandmother: Britin (Alison) Kastein, Allie (Alex) Spoehr, and Sydney Kastein (fiance, Jesse Mowery). She also took great pleasure in her relationships with her nieces and nephews, all of whom were touched by her kindness and support.
A woman of faith, Sharon volunteered at County Line Church in a variety of roles, reflecting her deep commitment to her community and her desire to make a positive impact. She enjoyed everything from feeding the birds to tending to the church's gardens as well as her own. Her unwavering spirit earned her the distinction of being a lifetime member of County Line Church, where she found joy and purpose.
Sharon is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dennis; and her brother, Richard (Janice) Lang.
