Steven A. Edwards, Age 68, of Beaver Dam WI, passed away on February 16, 2025.

A memorial gathering for Steve will take place on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m.

Steve was born on November 8, 1956 to Donald and Georgia (Nehring) Edwards in Beaver Dam, WI. His father served in the navy and Steve grew up living in Long Beach and Hanford California, Milton, Florida and Hawaii but home was Juneau, WI. After Steve graduated from Dodgeland High School in 1974, he went on to study accounting at Moraine Park in Fond du Lac, WI. He started his first job at the age of 16 at the Pyramid Supper Club and worked there part-time for 37 years. He bartended an additional 10 years at the Boat House in Fox Lake.  His accounting jobs were held at Citgo and Star Distributing in Horicon and he retired from the Department of Health and Social Services of Dodge County.

In November of 1999 Steve met the love of his life, Missy at the Pyramid Supper Club/Nile Club. Steve and Missy were married for 25 years and raised her children, Myah and Greg together.  They have two wonderful grandchildren and another on the way.
Steve will be remembered for his smile and easy-going nature.  He really enjoyed the friendships he made over the years as a bartender.  He enjoyed being outdoors and took great pride in his beautiful yard and spent many hours working with his wife on his landscaping and vegetable gardens.  In his younger years he enjoyed traveling to Mexico with his friends and attending many Brewer games.  Other things he enjoyed were hanging out at the campgrounds, bonfires with his kids, his beloved dogs, trains (real and model), fireworks and making memories with his grandkids.

Steve was preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his wife Missy (Sennhenn) Edwards, his daughter Myah Humphrey, his son Greg (MacKenzie) Humphrey, grandson Noah and granddaughter Aria and soon to be baby boy due in March.  He is also survived by his parents, Donald and Georgia Edwards of Juneau, in-laws, Wayne and Joan Sennhenn; brother Dennis (Kelly) Edwards of Winnebago, IL, sister Gail (Don) Desjarlais of Drummond, WI, brother Bob (Chris) Edwards of Fox Lake, WI and several nieces and nephews.
