Obituary
Sylvia R. Frank, age 91 of Beaver Dam, passed away surrounded by her family on March 19, 2010 at the Golden Living Center in Beaver Dam.
Sylvia was born on May 18, 1918 in Beaver Dam, the daughter of Clem and Helen Nieman. Sylvia was united in marriage to Elmer P. Frank on January 24, 1939. Sylvia deeply missed Elmer after he passed away in 1971. However, she continued to keep herself busy by going to the Beaver Dam Senior Center, traveling and doing various volunteer work.
Sylvia is survived by her daughter Elaine (Earl) Schultz; her son Marvin (Margarette) Frank; her sister Eleanore Ferstl; her brother-in-law Robert (Betty) Frank; her sister-in-law Helen Welch; eight grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Frank, grandson Timothy Frank, great-granddaughter Stacy Schultz, sisters Irene Cigelski, Alice Vande Kolk, and Delores Rueth, and brother Bernard Nieman.
According to Sylvia's wishes, she will be cremated and a private family burial will take place at St. Michael's Cemetery at a later date where she can join her beloved husband, Elmer.
