Obituary
Theresa M. Brzezinski, age 82 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.
Inurnment will take place on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam.
Theresa was born on September 26, 1933 in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Rene and Anna (Clavet) Voisine. She was united in marriage to James Brzezinski on July 31, 1954 in Grand Falls.
Theresa is survived by her children, Mike (Kim) Brzezinski of Franklin, WI, and Louise (Rich) Cardwell of Illinois and Brian (Stacy) Brzezinski of Fort Ripley, MN; grandchildren, Matthew Brzezinski, Michael (Jennifer) Szymanski, Allyson and Lindsey Brzezinski; Trina Ephraim, Chaz Cardwell, Mitch and Josh Brzezinski; grandson-in-law, Jeff Grygiel; great-grandchildren, Nikolai, Tyler and Tessa; and siblings, Dora DeVoe, Florine McCormick, Marie-Anne Daigle and Gerald "Jerry" Voisine.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; sons, Robert and David; and granddaughter, Megan.
Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam is honored to be serving the family.
