Thomas "Tom" Kroeze, age 62, a proud Wisconsinite and lover of life, passed away tragically in an automotive accident on July 24, 2025. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and a cherished friend to many.
Tom graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 1981, where he was not only a member of the championship football team but also forged friendships that would last a lifetime. Following in his father, Hardy’s, footsteps, Tom embarked on a career as a life insurance salesman, real estate agent, and auctioneer. He carried with him the lessons and work ethic instilled by his father, who has since passed.
Tom had a passion for the great outdoors, especially fishing, which he enjoyed both in Wisconsin and on annual trips to Canada. His knowledge of fish was exceptional, making each expedition a delightful adventure. Equally, he found joy in collecting coins and stamps, often losing track of time as he engaged in his beloved hobbies.
As a longtime fan of Wisconsin sports, Tom's heart beat fervently for the Packers, embodying the spirited enthusiasm shared by countless fans across the state. His fondness for Mexico brought him many joyful beach vacations, each one a treasure trove of memories that he cherished deeply.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Allyson Kroeze ( fiancé Nicolas Dragomanovits); his mother, Patricia Kroeze; his siblings: Tim (Shelly) Kroeze, Tammy (Ben) Frost, and Todd (Stacy) Kroeze; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tom is preceded in death by his father, Hardy Kroeze.
