Obituary
Tracy was born on September 4, 1963 in West Bend, the son of Arthur and Betty (Swatek) Fellers. He is survived by his father, Arthur of West Bend; brothers, Ricky of Marquette, Mike of Kewaskum and Terry of West Bend; nephews, David and Jim (Jodi); great-niece, Abigail; great-nephew, Luke; and further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother.
In honoring Tracy's wishes, private family services will be held.
