Victoria Joy Biehl (Riel), age 32 of Deforest, WI passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Born on April 8th, 1993 to Jeff and Lori (Ritzema) Riel, she was a bright addition to the family. Tori graduated from Waupun High School in 2011, received an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Madison Media Institute in 2013, and attained her Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from DeVry University in 2023. Tori was passionate in the pursuit of her goals, always working to learn and practice leadership in her project management role. She married her soulmate Jack in 2018 with a beautiful ceremony in Montana; together they built a life of adventure with two amazing boys, Luka and Kylo, and their two rescue dogs.
She was loved greatly for her deep devotion for her children, and her drive to being the best she could be for her family. Tori enjoyed expressing her creativity through graphic design, coloring pokemon pictures with her boys, and keeping herself organized with her endless amount of colorful pens. She is remembered with her lasting devotion to making special memories with her children and family in the smallest of life’s moments.
Tori will be forever cherished and remembered by her spouse, Jack Biehl; two beautiful boys, Luka (4) and Kylo (3); her parents, Jeff and Lori Riel; sisters, Elizabeth Bernabei and Katie (Collin) Carey; nephews, Cameron and Colton; grandmother, Joyce Riel, along with countless family and community members that love her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dick and Edith Ritzema, and Wilbert Riel; uncle, Steve Riel; and other relatives.
A Celebration of Life for Tori is planned at Edgewood Community Church on March 28, 2026 from noon until 3pm with a short ceremony at 1pm. The family requests guests to wear color in honor of her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the memorial fund for Tori on GoFundMe. Your support in ensuring a bright future for her children means the world to her family.
