William Edward Diels, 56, of Beaver Dam unexpectedly passed away at home on February 15th, 2024.

William, fondly known as Bill or Billy, was born the son of Edward and Eddylou Diels on October 25th, 1967, in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Prior to becoming sick, he enjoyed driving truck for Duffys' out of Columbus. Bill was an avid sportsman; you could always be sure to find him out on the water fishing, in the field hunting or just driving the country roads enjoying the scenery. He had 2 daughters, Callie and Courtney; whom he loved very much. When given the opportunity, he never missed a chance to brag about his granddaughter, Aubrianna.

Bill is survived by his 2 children: Callie Diels of Beaver Dam and Courtney Diels of Waupun; brothers: Kylie Diels of Beaver Dam and John Diels of Randolph; grandchildren, Aubrianna Miller of Beaver Dam, Aurora Maldonado, Aliya Maldonado, and Auggie Bailey of Waupun; along with nieces and nephew, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Diels of Watertown, and mother, Eddylou Diels of Fox Lake.

A celebration of life will be held for Bill at a later date. Published details will soon follow.
