Yvonne M. Zuelsdorf, age 80, of Hustisford, died on Saturday, October 31, 2009. Yvonne was born on June 25, 1929 in Hartford to Hubert and Edna (nee Brazelton) Falkenthal. After High School she attended college and received her music degree. On September 30, 1950 she was united in marriage to Orville C. Zuelsdorf. Following their marriage, Orville and Yvonne owned and operated Zuelsdorf's Drug Store for many years. One of Yvonne's greatest passions was music. She taught piano over 40 years, including teaching her grandchildren how to play. Yvonne enjoyed gardening, knitting and traveling with family and friends. Yvonne was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Hustisford where she was the organist. She also was a member of the Hustisford Lioness Club, the "Red Hats" and also enjoyed being an active AVON representative. One of her greatest joys she received in her life was spending time with her grandchildren. Yvonne will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Yvonne is survived by her children; Jennine (Rev. Paul) Hudson of Fox Lake, James (Sue) Zuelsdorf of Matthews, North Carolina, Julie (Rick) Armon of Beaver Dam, her grandchildren; Robyn and Brittany Armon, Christy and Alex Zuelsdorf, Michael (Allison) Hudson, Karen (Travis) Burd, great-grandchildren; Jacob, Liam and Kate Hudson. She is further survived by a sister, Jean (Howard) Ninmann of Hustisford, a brother-in-law, Donald (Gloria) Zuelsdorf of Oak Grove, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Orville in 1988 and her son, Jerry in 2008.

Visitation will held on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 4-7 p.m. and on Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 10-11 a.m at the First Presbyterian Church, 128 E. Anthony St., Hustisford. A Service in celebration of Yvonne's life will follow at 11:00a.m. at the church. The Rev. Paul Hudson will officiate. Interment will follow at Hustisford Cemetery.
