I am so sorry for your loss Hopp family!

As a kid, I remember going to play with Marcia and would always be warmly welcomed by Ardis with some sort of home baked treat, especially after ice skating in the back yard on the rink Harold “grew” with probably millions of gallons of city water. It would have been far less expensive to pay the 50 cents each to ship you all to the Community Center to skate but it was the price he was willing to play to keep his family close.

Your home was always loud and full of life. Very different from my house with only two of us kids. I always loved that excitement and laughter in your home!

What a beautiful family Ardis and Harold built together. A legacy to be proud of. Hold your memories close! Your family is in my prayers as you go through this chapter in your lives…

To the family of Ardis, We are sorry for the loss of Ardis. I remember first meeting her when we moved from MI. I sat by her in Ladies Bible Study. She was always very friendly and helpful. Wonderful lady! Big loss. Sorry we couldn’t get to funeral. We were in Iowa. Praying for you!
