George R. Haase

George was born April 28, 1937 in the Town of Springvale near Brandon the son of George C. and Florence Priepke Haase. In 1955 he graduated from Brandon High School and enlisted in the US Air Force and served his country for four years. On May 28, 1966 he married the love of his life, Sheila Pilon. George was employed at Nielson’s in Fond du Lac and later moved to Hubertus, retiring from Catholic Knights. George was an avid Harley rider, a member of the Patriot Guards, Harley Owners Group, a Packer fan, and enjoyed wood working and crafts. George had many trips with his father and brothers, moose hunting in Canada.
George is survived by his daughter, Tina Watts of Fayetteville, NC; his mother, Florence Haase of Brandon; two brothers, James Haase of Brandon and Charles (Sherry) Haase of Brandon; a sister, Joan Root of Waupun; along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila; his father, George C. Haase; and other relatives.

George was the star of the Brandon’s class of 1955 at our last class reunion. That’s how I will remember him. He must of been a great joy to all his family and friends. God’s blessings to George and everyo;ne who knew him.
