[highlight_text] (1936 – 2014) [/highlight_text] Mary Ann Lenz, 77 of Waupun died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Harbor Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Fond du Lac where she has resided the past ten months.


[leftcolumn]Mary Ann was born June 18, 1936 in Waukesha County the daughter of Daniel and Mary Okrajek Srnec. Mary Ann was a graduate of Waukesha High School in 1954. On July 27, 1956 she married Dr. James H. Lenz in Milwaukee. The couple resided in Waupun most of their married lives. Mary Ann served on the Waupun School Board for six years, was a member of Waupun Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, was an avid quilter and taught quilting, a very active member of Rock River Country Club, and a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waupun.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Dr. James H. Lenz of Waupun; their three children, James B. (Pauline) Lenz of Deerfield, WI, David M. (Terri) Lenz of Oregon, WI, and Patricia A. “Tricia” (John) Korth of Plover, WI; six grandchildren, Katie (Nate) Grundahl, James E. Lenz, Gaia “Sarah” (Laura Perkins) Lenz, Daniel J. (Courtney) Lenz, Nolan Korth, and Jaycie Korth; four great-grandchildren, Sydney, Brooklynn, Addison, and Olivia.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Gerri Thomas.

[rightcolumn] [highlight_text] Visitation: [/highlight_text] Friends and relatives of Mary Ann Lenz may call on the family on Tuesday at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until the 6:00PM hour of service.[rightcolumn] [rightcolumn] [highlight_text] Services: [/highlight_text] Funeral services for Mary Ann Lenz will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 6:00 PM at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun with Rev. Michael Wild officiating.
