Susan F. Schroeder, 62, of Waupun, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Beaver Dam with family at her side.
Susan was born December 28, 1953 in Waupun the daughter of Gordon and Betty Scharschmidt Warnke. Susan graduated from Waupun High School and then continued her education at Moraine Park. She was employed at Weyco Shoe Factory in Beaver Dam where she met the love of her life, David Schroeder. They were married September 25, 1982. They lived their entire married life in Waupun. When Weyco went out of business she found her new job at Walmart as a cashier which she found enjoyable.
Susan is survived by her husband of 34 years, David of Waupun; her mother, Betty Warnke of Ripon; five siblings: Don (Jan) Warnke of Fox Lake, Joanne (Dave) Buettner of Cedarburg, Jess (Amy) Michael of Milwaukee, Bob Warnke of Waupun, and Jean (Kurt) Rabenhorst of Green Lake; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Warnke, in 2013.
Visitation
Friends and relatives may call on the family on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun.
Services
Private family services will be held.

David, I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with Sue all those years at the Shoe factory. Enjoyed when I would see her at Walmart. Rest in peace my friend.
